ENTRIES CLOSE WEDNESDAY - JULY 31, 2019 AT 6:00 PM Pacific TimeThe American Kennel Club Rules and Regulations will govern these Events and Exhibitors must make themselvesfamiliar with the agreement of the American Kennel Club, referred to on the reverse side of the entry blanks thataccompany this Show Premium List. The American Kennel Club will collect a 3.00 Event Service Fee for the first entry of a dog and a 3.00 service fee for eachadditional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes, in all AKC licensed and memberclub events. The current 50 cent recording fee will continue to be collected where applicable. The event-giving club shall assumethe responsibility of collecting all Event Service Fees for The American Kennel Club. These event service and recording feesshall be forwarded to The American Kennel Club along with all other required event results within seven (7) days of the close ofthe event. CANADIAN CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS MUST BE DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS, AND/OR MADE PAYABLE IN U.S.FUNDS AND PAYMENT MADE THROUGH PAYPAL. No Entry will be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Telegraph, e-mail and unsigned entries cannot beaccepted and will be returned. Entries not on Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement andRules on reverse side are NOT ACCEPTABLE. An administrative fee of 5.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to theclosing of entries. Entries will be acknowledged after entries close with entry acknowledgment and judging program to address on entry. ShouldExhibitor NOT receive an acknowledgment within a reasonable time contact GSDC of Pacific NW. Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Judge orVeterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. There isno refund for DUPLICATE ENTRIES or OVERPAYMENTS. GSDC PNW will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but ifentry has been processed, no refund will be made. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of themanagement it is impossible to open, or to complete the Show NO REFUND will be made. To find out about any AKC eventcancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline 877-252-3229. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready forjudging. Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors ortheir agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone areresponsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. Only dogs eligible for these shows will be admitted into the show area. There is no provision for unentered dogs. LOSS OR DAMAGE – The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will notbe responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating inthese Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. It is distinctly understood thatExhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, anycommunicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. TROPHIES & PRIZES will be awarded in the ring to personexhibiting the dog. No awards will be mailed. ALL RIGHTS TO TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit this event arevested in the Club, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the Club. All persons andanimals on the Show Grounds at any time while the show is in progress, do by attending this show or participating therein, grantto the Club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner11without further release or consent.
