Growth in ChinaIn November 1993Eaton and Jining HydraulicsCompany of Jining City,Shandong Province, formed ajoint venture to manufacturesteering control units andhydraulic geroler/geroter(GG) motors, primarily foragricultural and constructionequipment. As of May 2002,Eaton wholly owns EatonHydraulics System (Jining)Co., Ltd.In January 2004Eaton formed a joint venturewith Changzhou SenstarAutomobile Air ConditionerCo., Ltd. to produceautomotive air conditioningand power steering hose andtube assemblies.
