(recommend large lift cyl forthe bigger headers.) If you cannot lift the head all the way up properly, you will have poor AHHC response.*Use TWO GROUND SET POINTS (rocker switch 1 and 2). Have a 3rd set point for your Headland Turn. USESHIFT RESUME TO RAISE HEADER ON HEADLAND. AHHC will be much smoother.*Set up your Head 1 and Head 2 Screens.*Sensors on Head have to be set correctly to be with in range. This is primary cause of all AHHC issues. Setto be within 0.7 volts to 4.3 volts for entire operating range. Head sensors have to be right and linkageoperating correctly! Gen II likes to make sure everything is right on the header, instead of half‐right.Note for 3162 heads: Shift key and reel fore and aft will tilt header. With Slow speed transport‐Shift key andreel up/down will deploy wheels (feeder has to be all the way up for deployment).*Complete Header Calibration after hooking up to the head.
