These off season programs allow units to use cookie cutter program that is provided by thecouncil for their camp outs at Beaumont. These programs are also open to Scouts who may not have theopportunity to attend their unit’s monthly activities.Learn about the fundamentals of game design. Some may ask how we design games at camp.Camp is all about playing games and having fun, so we are experts in this area. Scouts and Venturerswill learn the basics of Game Design and theory. Scouts can create games that they can bring back toplay at meetings or campouts. Orienteering and Geocaching are both popularactivities for outdoor enthuisists. Scouts will have the opportunity to work on either Orienteering orGeocaching badges while attending Navigation camp.
