After theclose of entries, only refund requests for bitches in season can be accepted. Those requests must include aveterinarian’s note and be received by the Trial Secretary NO LATER than one half hour prior to the start of the firstclass at the trial. After the close of entries, a processing fee of 5.00 will be assessed. There will be no refund forinjury or illness after entries close.NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a doghas been processed, no refund will be made.CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.DOGS MUST ARRIVE at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for furtherjudging will be excused.JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible forthe presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The Show-giving cluband the Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address systemor stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in theexercising ring.CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be madein the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once.
