FORWARD FROM THE FORUM ON ECONOMIC AND SOCIALDEVELOPMENT OF AZERBAIJANA High Level Forum on the Economic and Social development of Azerbaijan was held in Bakuon October 21, 2009. The Forum was co-chaired by Mr. Artur Razi-zadeh, Prime Minister of theAzerbaijan Republic and Ms. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Managing Director of the World Bank.
