SECTION II - Chapter 1: Description of the BR IFIC (Space Services)1.4.2Part II-SThe Part II-S publication concerns frequency assignments that will be recorded in theMaster Register, following publication in Part I-S and after the detailed technical andregulatory examination has been completed. Generally, these are frequency assignmentsthat have received favourable Findings as well as those that are to be recorded under No.11.41 or for information only.The Findings are formulated with respect to:their conformity with the Convention, the Table of Frequency Allocations and the otherprovisions of the Radio Regulations;their conformity with a frequency assignment plan (Article 5 of Appendices 30 or 30A)or their conformity with the allotment plan - (Article 8 of Appendix 30B) to the RadioRegulations;the application of a coordination procedure in accordance with the Radio Regulations;the probability of harmful interference; as applicable.1.4.2.1When the need arises to review a Finding with respect to a frequency assignment whichhas been recorded in the Master Register, either on the initiative of the Bureau or uponrequest of an administration, the resultant modified assignment is published in Part II-Sof the BR IFIC.1.4.3Part III-SThe Part III-S publication concerns frequency assignments that are returned to theresponsible administration following the Part I-S publication and after the detailedtechnical and regulatory examination has been completed.
