Member Types Forever Friends A “Forever Friends” (FF) is a person who can buy FLP products at a reduced price FF’s are not eligible to receive bonuses or sponsor others into the Forever Living Products (FLP) Marketing Plan. To become a FF, you must get a “Forever Friends Brochure with Application Form” from your sponsor or apply on-line (https://ff.flpj.co.jp/system/index.php). If you don’t have a sponsor, please contact FLP Japan head office or the nearest sales office in Japan and buy the “Forever Friends Brochure with Application Form”. Please fill in the application form and submit it in one of the following ways. ・Fax to 0120-834-883, then call 0120-834-882 for confirmation. ・Post the application form to FLP Japan head office or the nearest sales office ・Bring it to the nearest sales office. Forever Business Owner A “Forever Business Owner” (FBO) is a person who wishes to become a distributor of good and services provided by Forever Living Products Japan. To become an FBO you must first become a “Forever Friends” (FF). After purchasing 2CC’s as an FF, you can get an application form from your sponsor. Please fill in the application form and submit it in one of the following ways. ・Fax to 0120-834-883, then call 0120-834-882 for confirmation. ・Post the application form to FLP Japan head office or the nearest sales office ・Bring it to the nearest sales office. Sponsoring Once you have a Japanese FBO ID, you can sponsor your friends living in Japan and living internationally. If you live in Japan, either purchase the “Forever Friends Brochure with Application Form” online or from your nearest FLP sales office and have your friend(s) fill out the application form. To enable your friends to sign-up online and FF referral code is required. How to setup a FF referral code Details on how to setup a referral code can be found in the section: (page16) If you live abroad, you can advise your friends in Japan to contact FLP Japan directly so that we can introduce them their nearest sales office where they can obtain the “Forever Friends Brochure with Application Form” or apply online. Note: The signature of the sponsor who lives abroad is not necessary on the application form as long as his/her ID number and name are specified correctly. 7
Bonus Payments If you have a bank account in Japan, the bonus can be paid directly into your account every month. If you don’t have a bank account in Japan, then the bonus will be paid by check or bank transfer. accumulate to 50,000 before it is paid.
