Definitions"Articles of Extraordinary Value" means any of the following articles orcommodities:a. any article having a declared value for carriage of 1,000 CAD (orequivalent) or more, per gross pound;b. gold bullion (including refined and unrefined gold in ingot form), dorebullion, gold specie and gold only in the form of grain, sheet, foil, powder,sponge, wire, rod, tube, circles, mouldings and castings; platinum; platinummetals (palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium and rhodium) and platinumalloys in the form of grain, sponge, bar, ingot, sheet, rod, wire, gauze, tubeand strip (but excluding those radioactive isotopes of the above metals andalloys which are subject to restricted articles labelling requirements);c. legal banknotes, traveller's cheques, securities, shares, share coupons,bonds, bond coupons and postage stamps;d. precious stones including diamonds (including diamonds for industrial use),rubies, emeralds, sapphires, opals and genuine pearls (including culturedpearls);e. jewelry and watches made of gold and/or silver and/or platinum andconsisting of diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, opals and genuinepearls (including cultured pearls);f.articles made of gold, silver and/or platinum other than gold, silver and/orplatinum plated."Canada" means the ten provinces of Canada, the Yukon Territory, the Districtsand Islands comprising the Northwest Territories of Canada and Nunavut."Carrier" means Perimeter Aviation LP, as represented by its general partnerPerimeter Aviation GP Inc., carrying on business as Perimeter Aviation, PerimeterAirlines and Bearskin Airlines."Consignee" means the person whose name appears on the air waybill or in theshipment record as the party to who the goods are to be delivered by the carrier."Goods" , which is equivalent to the term “Cargo”, means anything carried or to becarried in an aircraft, other than mail or baggage; provided, however, thatunaccompanied baggage or mail moving under an air waybill is goods.For explanation of abbreviations, reference marks and symbols used by not explained herein, see Page 5.Issue Date:February 12, 2019Effective Date:February 13, 2019

Carriage between two points within the territory of asingle State Party without an agreed stopping place within the territory of anotherState is not international carriage for the purposes of the Warsaw and the MontrealConventions."Legal Holiday" means any national, provincial or local legal holiday."Live Animals" shall mean all mammals (other than humans), birds, crustacea,insects, reptiles, worms and amphibians."Montreal Convention" means the Convention for the Unification of Certain RulesRelating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999."Origin" means the point from which a flight commences with the passengers orgoods to be transported."Perishable Shipments" shall be those shipments that will deteriorate over agiven period of time or if exposed to adverse temperature, humidity or otherenvironmental conditions while in carrier’s possession."Shipment" means a single consignment of one or more goods, accepted by thecarrier, from one shipper at one time and at one address, receipted for in one lotand moving on one air waybill, to one consignee at one destination address."Shipper" means the person who originates the shipment of good.“Summer” means the period 15th May to 15th November, both dates inclusive.“Toll” means any charge, classification, fare, rate or allowance."Unit Load Device" or "ULD" shall include aircraft pallets, igloos and containerswith or without integral pallets."Warsaw Convention" means the Convention for the Unification of Certain RulesRelating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, asamended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.For explanation of abbreviations, reference marks and symbols used by not explained herein, see Page 5.Issue Date:February 12, 2019Effective Date:February 13, 2019

Governing TariffsThis tariff is governed, except as otherwise provided herein, by regulations and bysupplements to and successive issues of said publications: IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, reissues thereof and amendmentsthereto, issued by International Air Transport Association, Montreal, Quebec. IATA Live Animal Regulations.Rule 3. Application of Tariffa. Air carriage will be subject to the rules, rates and charges in effect on the dateof signing the air waybill.b. Disposition of Fractionsa. In computing rates or charges, fractions of less than one-half cent will bedropped, and fractions of one-half cent or more will be considered as one cent.b. Fractions of pounds will be assessed at the charge for the next higher halfpound.c. In computing rates or charges, we round upward amounts ending in 3-4-8-9cents and lower amounts ending in 1-2-6-7 cents.d. Before computing cubic dimensions, fractions of less than one half inch will bedropped and fractions of one half inch or more will be considered as one inch.Rule 5. Computation of DaysUnless otherwise provided, in computing time in days, full calendar days shall beused and Sundays and legal holidays shall be included, except when the last dayfalls on a Sunday or legal holiday in which event the next following calendar day(other than a Sunday or legal holiday) will be included.Rule 6. Description of Shipmentsa. The content of shipments must be indicated by accurate and specificdescriptions on the air waybill.b. The number of pieces included in a shipment must be specified on the airwaybill.Rule 7. Packing and Marking Requirementsa. Shipments must be so prepared or packed as to ensure safe transportation withordinary care in handling.b. Any article susceptible to damage by ordinary handling must be adequatelyprotected by proper packing and must be marked or bear appropriate labels.c. Any article susceptible to damage as a result of any condition which may beencountered in air transportation such as high or low temperatures, high or lowatmospheric pressures, or sudden changes in either must be adequatelyprotected by proper packing.d. Pieces with a floor bearing weight in excess of that which can be loaded onavailable aircraft must be provided with a suitable skid or base which willdistribute the weight to that which can be loaded on available aircraft. Theweight of such skid or base shall be included in the weight of the shipment.f.Hazardous materials named in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations mustcomply with the packing, marking and labelling requirements of suchRegulations.g. Transportation of live animals must be in accordance with the containerrequirements as described in the IATA Live Animal Regulations.Rule 9. Shipments AcceptableProperty is acceptable for transportation only when the rules of the tariff and alllaws, ordinances, and other governmental rules and regulations governing thetransportation thereof have been complied with by the shipper, consignee or owner.Screening to be completed at all secure airports and all other locations at theOperator’s discretion.Rule 10. Shipments Subject to Advance ArrangementThe following will be acceptable for carriage only upon advance arrangement:a. Shipments requiring special attention, protection or care.b. Shipments of articles of extraordinary value.c. Shipments having a declared value of 5,000 CAD or more.d. Shipments of live animals.e. Shipments of human remains.f.Shipments of firearms.g. All shipments of dangerous goods as defined in the IATA Dangerous GoodsRegulations Manual. Radioactive material used in medical research, treatmentsand diagnosis and industrial cameras will be accepted for carriage as per theIATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.h. Blocking seats for cargo freight is available on the Carrier’s aircraft. To book afreight seat, the customer will make arrangements through the Call Centre. Themaximum allowable seats to block are 2 on the Metro aircraft and 4 on theDash aircraft. Each freight seat is a maximum of 200 pounds and 4 pieces perfreight seat block. These seats are for dangerous goods, supplies, tools andequipment and building supplies. Freight must be dropped off at Cargo at least2 hours before departure time. Should Dangerous Goods being included in thefreight seat, these goods must be dropped off 24 hours prior to departure time.Rule 11. Acceptance of Articles of Extraordinary Valuea. Shipments containing articles of extraordinary value as defined in Rule 1 of thistariff, when the actual value of such shipments is 25,000 CAD or more, will beaccepted for transportation provided:i.the shipper declares in writing on the air waybill that the shipment issubject to this rule;ii. the shipper makes advance arrangements with the carrier;iii. the shipper tenders the shipment at an area designated by the carrier atthe carrier's airport terminal not more than two hours prior to thescheduled departure of the flight for which advance arrangements havebeen completed; andiv. the shipper or consignee states in writing that the consignee will acceptdelivery of the shipment at the airport of destination immediately after thescheduled arrival time of the flight at airport destination.EXCEPTION: Provisions of this paragraph will also apply to shipmentscontaining articles defined as gold, silver and platinum group and dorebullion, regardless of value.b. If the shipper or consignee fails to comply with the provisions of paragraph a) 4)above, or if the consignee fails to accept delivery of the shipment at the airportof destination immediately after the scheduled arrival time of the flight, subjectto paragraph c) below, the carrier will make appropriate security arrangementsto protect such shipment until such time as the consignee accepts theshipment. All charges incurred by the carrier applicable to the provision ofsecurity arrangements will be charged to the shipper or consignee.c.
