Use of any automated system to participate isprohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged orreturned. Please also see the “Entrant’s Personal Information” section below, of these Official Rules.WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner on or about September 5, 2019 fromamong all eligible participants. The drawing will take place at 12:00 P.M. CST. Potential winner will be required to agree tothe rules herein and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legallypermissible, a publicity release and/or provide other personal or tax information. Potential winner may be required toprovide their social security number or tax identification number for tax reporting purposes as Sponsor will file an IRS Form1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the cash value of Grand Prize. Potential winner will have three (3) businessdays to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicityrelease (if required by Sponsor). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to such notification withinthree (3) business days of attempted notification or any other time period specified, does not meet the stated eligibilityrequirements, refuses the prize, refuses to accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or is ineligible to acceptthe prize, or fails to claim the prize as directed, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potentialwinner will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules the winner of a Prize will be declared the Official Prize“Winner.” Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: Grand Prize consists of one (1) 50,000 voucher to be applied toward the purchase of a new2019 or 2020 Chevrolet vehicle (excluding commercial vehicles) (the “Vehicle”). If the Vehicle’s MSRP is under 50,000 theGrand Prize Winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle’s actual MSRP and 50,000. Grand Prize Winneris solely responsible for any expenses in connection with acceptance and use of the Vehicle not expressly described hereinas being awarded, including, without limitation, the following: (i) income, federal, state or local taxes; (ii) insurance,registration fees, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment; and (iii) any additional expensesnot described herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, any travel or transportation costs, associated withwinning and subsequent use of Vehicle. All options and upgrades on Vehicle that increase the MSRP over 50,000 are thesole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Model, color, package, factory options, and other Grand Prize specifics are subjectto availability. Other than the manufacturer’s limited warranty, Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsibleor liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle includingbut not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of Vehiclewithin 30 days of notice of availability from one of the participating Chevrolet dealers (listed above) near Grand PrizeWinner's residence, subject to Sponsor's approval. Sponsors shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of Vehicle;delivery is subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve Vehicle within (30) days of written notificationof delivery and must present a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take

delivery. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may not be awarded or may beawarded to an alternate, in the sole discretion of Sponsor.No cash or Vehicle substitutes and no cash rebates. Vehicle cannot be assigned or transferred to a third party. Vehicledelivery is through an authorized Chevrolet dealer and conditional upon Grand Prize Winner’s execution and return of anyand all required paperwork. Depiction of Vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actualVehicle delivered. Sponsor shall have no liability in conjunction with such differences between depicted Vehicle and actualVehicle.The Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon the number of eligible Entries Received.APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE (“ARV”): Not to exceed 50,000 but may vary depending on vehicle modeland/or options chosen by Winner.GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Released Parties (defined below) shall not have any responsibility or liabilitywhatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize providedpursuant to the giveaway and/or any person’s participation in the giveaway; provided, however, thatChevrolet Motor Division shall be solely responsible for any express written limited warranties specificallyset forth in the applicable owner's guide for the vehicle.
