Please provide more information how this should be addressed. The new millworkwill be up against the plaster, so any water infiltration needs to be addressed to avoid damage tothe millwork. RESPONSE: Repair, Patch and paint existing wall as noted in the drawings. Owner haselected to mitigate water infiltration at a later date not under this contract. Please prove 3 continuoushorizonal 1x for the length of the wall to hold new millwork off repaired plaster wall. See updatedmillwork section B5 & A5 on sheet A11.01.Please provide the manufacture of the existing BAS system and separately the manufacture ofthe electric panel. RESPONSE: The panel is Gould ITE Panel Board, Type CDP, Amps 225, Date 1/9/81,Voltage 208/120, System 304W60HZ So 15-97033-51p. The panelboard is Square D with type QOB circuitbreakers. The BAS system that is installed is JCI Facility Explorer.Sect 06 20 23 Finish Carpentry - Parts 2.2 and 2.3 seem to be redundant, but 2.2 calls for anallowance of 64.00 per square yard of cushion fabric and 2.3 doesn’t mention the allowance. Please clarify what should be carried. RESPONSE: Please see attached updates to paragraph 2.2 and2.3 of Section 06 20 23 Finish Carpentry

C4C5C6C7C8C9C10Sect 09 72 00 Wall Coverings – Part 2.2 calls for Level Digital Custom wallcovering TBD. Similar toQuestion #4 above, please provide more information about this material. RESPONSE: See updatesto spec section 09 72 00 paragraph 2.2. Also see detail B5/A8.00 for vinyl graphic location on eastelevation for approx. graphic size.Millwork:Plan A2/A6.00 notes “new millwork tac board frames” over bench. Elevation A5/A8.00 hasnone shown. Please advise. RESPONSE: Scope removed from project, see revision to drawingA2/A6.00.Section 102600 Wall and Door Protection:Where is this to be used. Nothing noted on drawings and in specifications. Please advise.RESPONSE: See revision to drawing A2/A6.00Patch Plaster (Elev. C2 B5/A8.00):Elevation C2/A8.00 notes to “repair, patch, plaster and paint walls” and points to above themobile units. Are we to assume that note is for the entire wall and not just above themobile units? Please advise. Also, are we to patch wall area that would be above the ceilingor just below ceiling? Experience in the past, that once you start removing sections of looseplaster the sections get bigger and bigger. Would it be possible that this could be handle asan allowance and unit price?Patch Plaster (Elev. C2 B5/A8.00):After further discussion with my plaster sub-contractor, it may be less costly to remove theplaster and build a chase wall along the perimeter of those two (2) elevations. Just wouldlike to run this option by you. Please advise. He agrees that once you start removingsections of loose plaster the sections get bigger and bigger. RESPONSE: This note is intendedfor the entire wall. Patching above the ceiling is not required. The Owner has elected to mitigatewater infiltration later not under this contract, so we need to allow access to this wall for futurerenovations. With this understanding, within this project scope the owner is looking to repair thewall from its current deteriorating condition knowing this is a temporary cosmetic fix.Sheet E-200 shows two T/D locations. Is Div 26 to carry this installation or is there apreferred vendor and we are to supply pathway only? If we do carry this, where is thenearest IT Closet?
