OverviewEOL13693 - AmendedCisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Version 11.5 Software ofCisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco UnityConnection and associated On-Premises and Hosted Flex subscription. The last day to orderthe affected product(s) is May 31, 2021. The last day to renew or add to an existingsubscription is May 31, 2022 . Customers with active service contracts and subscriptions (asapplicable) will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center(TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones,definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbersaffected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and supportcontracts and subscriptions (as applicable), support will be available under the terms andconditions of customers' service contract and subscription.This end-of-life announcement includes these 11.5 components: Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.5 Cisco Emergency Responder 11.5 Session Management Edition 11.5 Cisco Unified Communications Instant Messaging & Presence 11.5 Cisco Unity Connection 11.5Customers should migrate to On Premises and Partner Hosted Smart Licensing under Cisco Collaboration FlexPlan 3.0.
