TakePictureUse to take pictures usingbuilt in internal camera oroptional external cameraResults of the triggers areprovided in Device Statusand in Activity LogsNote: Notifications for theseevents will also be sent if setup. (For details, see Section 5)Section 5: Device StatusTo the right of the device isthe device status. Select Notification Type:SMS – Standard Text MessageMMS – Multimedia Texts (forpictures)Email – standard email4. Complete the contactinformation5. See Sections 8 - 12for creating a user on thesystem.See Add User in1st Batch Called (20 sec)Define up to three users to becalled when Push to Callbutton is pressed on theWatchman unit.Sections 7 through 112nd Batch Called (20 Sec)Define up to an additionalthree users to be called whenthe Push to Call button ispressed on the Watchmanunit.Landline Number (20 Sec)Define a regular phone to becalled if no one in the previousbatches have been reached toprovide entry.PLEASE NOTE: All users needto have the Watchman MobileApp operating on their phoneor tablet device in order toreceive a call when assigned inthe 1st or 2nd Batch.Normal phone and data rateswill apply for these calls.7This guide provided by CellGate is intended as a reference guide for the gate access portal interface. Next you’ll define howthe person will access yourproperty, including access toweb controls. See Section 9and 10 for defining Accessmethods.4. Next you’ll define thedifferent areas on theproperty the user will beable to access. See Section11 for setting the areas usersare allowed to access.5. Finally, you’ll define anyaccess restrictions on the user.These can include time anddate or a set number ofentries. Technical Support – 972-231-1999 option 2Section 10: Web Portal andMobile App AccessAssignmentsProvide user access tothe web portal andmobile applications.Mobile App Only – whenselected “Yes” user can onlyaccess the system on themobile app.Web/Smartphone LoginExpiration – “Yes” will displayadditional lines to assign adate and time for user accessto expire for the web portal.Email / Password – Enterthe email address andpassword for the user. If “Yes” isselected, the user gets accessto all areas and the bottompart of the screen disappears.The second way to assign areato a user is to assign based ona list of areas defined for theaccount. This listing is at thebottom of the page as shown.Section 12: User EntryAccess RestrictionsThe default settings of thesystem allows access 24/7.By selecting “Specific” in anygiven area, you can assign atime and date range for accessto the system or a set numberof accesses as provided.11This guide provided by CellGate is intended as a reference guide for the gate access portal interface. Enter Descriptive Text3. This opensthe Activity Log containing allActivities Logs for the system.A short description of each column in the log table is provided below.2. From the Area Bar, click theLog icon. The Logs page willopen with the Install Locationfilter set to the Area and theActivity Logs only displayingevents for the devices in theArea3. From the device action,click on the Logs icon. Select Type (Hold Openor Momentary Open)2. Set Start Day and Time3. Set End Day and Time4. SaveFor Example; to have thegate open Monday throughFriday from 8 AM to 5 PM,you would set a schedule upfor each day with the startand stop times.One-Time EventThese are single events for thedevice as defined by the user.1. Technical Support – 972-231-1999 option 2Section 19: SchedulingTemplates (Advanced)A scheduling template is a way tocreate schedules and then applythose schedules to devices from acentralized location.Setting schedules is similar to theprocess described in section 15Activity Type:Hold Open DeviceHold a device in an open statefor the time period scheduled.Momentary Open DeviceThis will trigger the devicemomentarily.Ignore SensorThe schedule for ignoring theoutput from a sensor.Add ScheduleBy clicking the Add button thesystem will prompt for a uniquename of the schedule. Savingwill create another entry underthe appropriate type.Edit ScheduleSee section 15Apply to DeviceClicking the appropriate button,displays a dialog box of validdevices capable of operating theassigned scheduled.
