Sync with the StoryVIEW THISPAGEMaking MannaIn our story today we learned that God provided manna for the Israelites to eat while they were in the wilderness.Have you ever wondered what manna tastes like?The Bible says that manna was a a bread that looked and tasted like a wafer with some honey on it.Follow the Recipe with the help of a parent to make your own version of manna!Manna RecipeIngredientsPackage of Oyster crackers1/4 cup margarine1/4 cup honeyInstructionsMix honey with margarine and heat until it bubbles. Pour mixtureover oyster crackers in a large bowl and toss gently to coatcrackers lightly. Let dry.While you are eating your freshlymade mannathink about this:The Israelites ate manna and quail (a type ofbird) for 40 years! Each day, God would providejust what the Israelites needed.
