President Joe Biden fired the first salvo in support of CRT whenhe issued an executive order in January dissolving President Trump's 1776 Commission,which sought to reject the claims of the New York Times' 1619 Project that America'sfounding is permanently tainted by its tolerance of slavery.In a nutshell, the Education Department's rule seeks to expose the "unbearable humancosts of systemic racism" and embrace "teaching and learning practices that reflect thediversity, identities, histories, contributions, and experiences of all students, and createinclusive, supportive and identity-safe learning environments."Our comments in response to this dangerous proposed rule must be posted to the FederalRegister by May 19, 2021.
