Methodology: 2019 Earnings by Field of StudyScorecard 1-year post-completion earnings by field of study includes all title IVstudents who completed in award years 2014-15 and 2015-16 with earningsmeasured in calendar years 2016 and 2017 respectively except for those who: were enrolled in school in the year earnings was measured had died prior to the end of the year earnings was measured had deferments for military service during the year earnings was measured did not work during the year earnings was measuredMedian earnings are calculated as the sum of wages and deferredcompensation from all W-2 forms and positive self-employment earnings fromForm 1040 Schedules SE. Description of methodology is based on data published in 2019. Future versions published in subsequent years maydiffer.20

Methodology: 2019 Median Cumulative Loan Debt by Field of Study Calculated for borrowers by field of study for cohorts of students whocomplete in the same two-year timeframe (2015-16 & 2016-17). Includes only loan disbursement amounts upon completion (does notcapture any accrued interest, even if that interest accrued prior tograduation). Includes all debt dispersed by the evaluated institution disbursed at thesame academic level (i.e. graduate, undergraduate) of the evaluatedcredential level (e.g. AA, BA, MA, etc.) Includes Stafford and Graduate PLUS loans. While assessing Terri’s completion of the program, North South Universityreported a withdrawn status because Terri was no longer in attendance Now that graduation has been confirmed, North South University must report Terrias graduated31

Misreported Effective Date The Effective Date is the earliest date when the student's status firsttook effect (Campus and Program) and should remain the same aslong as the student is enrolled in the same enrollment status Advancing the Effective Date using the existing status “inactivates”previously reported records Do not advance the Effective Date unless the student’s enrollmentstatus changed since the last reporting36

Misreported Effective Date Max was enrolled at North South University in a 4-year Public RelationsProgram as a full-time student, continuously, until he graduated. However, North South University changed the Effective Date at the start ofeach term.37
