Carland, Ph.D.ProfessorBoth JoAnn and Jim hold PhDs from the University of Georgia. They havepublished more than 70 articles in scholarly journals, 200 articles in conferenceproceedings, and a dozen books. They are among the best known scholars inthe entrepreneurship discipline in the world, and in the surest form of scholarlyrecognition, a current Google Scholar search will reveal more than 3,500citations of their work.JoAnn and Jim have taught for more than 30 years and have been the recipientsof many teaching awards and recognitions.
