7.Enter the following information: Your Name: Display Name you want to use, i.e., Joe Smith Email address: Full email address, i.e., username@example.com Account Type: Select “POP3” if you only want to receive emails from ourserver to your Outlook or you can select “IMAP” if you are looking to sync allemails/folders with our server. If you are connecting more than one computerto the same email account and/or also receiving emails on your mobile/tabletdevices we recommend you use IMAP for all connections.Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing Mail server: mail.yourdomain.com User name: Full email address, i.e., username@example.com Password: Your email account password Do not check “Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”Select More Settings in the lower right corner.3
8.9.Select the Outgoing Server tabCheck the box that says My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.4

In the Sever Port Numbers section, be sure that the following are set: Incoming Server (POP3) is set to 110 or Incoming Server (IMAP) is set to143 Outgoing Server (SMTP) is set to 25 as a default, but if you are unable tosend emails after all the above settings are completed/verified change this to58712. For POP3 settings only: Under Delivery put a check in the box next to Leave acopy of messages on the server. Check the box Remove from server after days. This will keep yourreceived emails on our server for the entered amount of days and then theyare deleted. We usually recommend making this 60 or 90 days. Only select Remove from server when deleted from ‘Deleted Items’ if youare sure that you want deleted emails permanently removed from Outlookand our server.13. Select Ok5
14. Click on the Next button.Congratulations! Outlook is now properly configured.6
